One of the most beloved and recent additions to the family is the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, who grew up in America and last year married Prince Harry (formally known as Henry of Wales). Markle guest-edited an issue of British Vogue last month in which she revealed her favorite workout. Wendy Michaels expounded on the the news in a recent article from The Cheat Sheet, writing:
Meghan Markle has revealed her favorite workout and it might surprise some fans. It’s yoga, but oh so much more. It’s called Ritual exercise class and it combines different exercise styles, described as “transforming, challenging and enlightening.”

Among the many things about Markle that her fans are curious about is her fitness routine. While yoga has been her go-to exercise, she revealed in her guest-edited issue of British Vogue magazine that her favorite class is a mash-up that includes “elements of yoga, Pilates, and barre.”
The Ritual class is offered at London-based Heartcore and combines cardio with toning in a “high-energy, cardio-based mat workout” format.
Markle noted in her guest editor’s letter that the issue’s beauty section “puts its energy towards internal beauty, celebrating the power of breathing and meditation, and [includes] a favourite workout that urges you to use your heart as much as your core.”

Markle is yet another A-list celebrity eager to prioritize staying flexible, which was not always a high priority within the fitness scene in decades past.
