Few celebrities have shared this sentiment more emphatically in 2019 than Halle Berry. In a recent post on her Instagram feed, the Hollywood A-lister gushed enthusiasm and implicit exhaustion for what she called “AB season,” writing:

Celebrities can often feel larger than life to average janes and joes. When someone as famous as Berry shares in the struggle, it helps remind people that the challenges of staying fit exist for everyone and, more importantly, they are worth enduring.
