- Dead Bug
- Boat Crunches
- Hollow Body Rock
“Plank is a great isometric exercise for improving stability,” Whitney says. “Boat crunches work the entire core and hip flexors. A hollow body rock targets the rectus abdominus, transverse abdominus and obliques.”
